Incorporate Reading into Daily Routine

One of the hobbies that brings me immense happiness is reading. It’s a passion I’ve nurtured since childhood, and I make time for it by incorporating it into my daily routine. Whether it’s setting aside dedicated reading time before bed or during my kids’ daily rest time, I try to prioritize it.

This not only allows me to enjoy captivating stories and expand my knowledge but also serves as a wonderful reprieve from the stresses of daily life. Cultivating a hobby like reading is not just a source of joy; it also provides relaxation and mental stimulation, making it a valuable part of my life.

Schedule Hydrotherapy Sessions

One of my most cherished passions, closely related to our hot tub business, is hydrotherapy. I find immense joy in personally experiencing the therapeutic benefits of hot tubs.

To make time for it, I often schedule relaxation sessions in our hot tubs, which not only rejuvenate my body but also allow me to connect with our products on a deeper level. This not only brings happiness but also helps me better understand the customer experience, enabling us to continually improve our hot tub offerings.

Play Soccer with Family

Playing sports, specifically soccer, is a major source of happiness in my life. It lets me destress, stay healthy, and keep in touch with friends. But the biggest way I actually find time for it is that I often play it on weekends with my son.

I sometimes find it hard to prioritize myself over my business, but I have no problem prioritizing my family over everything else. So, as long as soccer continues to make him happy, it will continue to make me happy as well.

Dedicate Weekends to Photography

Photography is a hobby that brings immense joy and satisfaction. It not only allows for creative expression but also encourages seeing and appreciating the world’s beauty and diversity.

To make time for photography amidst a busy schedule, weekends are often dedicated to short photo expeditions or editing sessions. Additionally, vacations and trips are planned with photography opportunities in mind, turning each getaway into a chance to practice and improve this fulfilling hobby.

Empower Women’s Confidence

One thing I’m really passionate about is helping women find their confidence and embrace their unique beauty. It brings me so much joy to create a space where women can feel empowered and truly love the way they look. Whether it’s through the treatments I offer or the content I share, my main focus is always on helping women feel confident.

Play Chess During Commute

Chess is a major passion of mine, and something that I’ve been doing actively for the vast majority of my life. We take chess very seriously in Romania, where I am from, but it is also a source of great pride.

So, I try to always find time to keep my skills sharp. It doesn’t have to be anything super formal—just a pick-up game in the park or doing some puzzles on my phone during my commute. Chess is great in that you can always have it at hand.

Integrate Comic Books into Work

My passion for reading and collecting comic books is not only a source of happiness but also the foundation of my life’s work. As the founder of Quality Comix, I seamlessly integrate my passion into my daily life. From curating our vast collection to assisting customers in finding their cherished issues, every day is an opportunity to indulge in what I love.

I’ve also carved out dedicated reading time during lunch breaks, before bedtime, and on weekends to ensure I never lose touch with the sheer joy of comic book storytelling. Balancing this passion with my business responsibilities is not a challenge; it’s a harmonious union that brings me immense happiness.

Start New Ventures as a Passion

Being a serial entrepreneur is both my job and my passion in life. My husband and I have been business partners for a very long time, as we have the same view on entrepreneurship—we can’t get enough of seeing our ideas come to life. Carving out time to start a new venture, or do something new with one of our existing businesses, is a major driving point in our lives.
